Seymour (Sid Haig, Kill Bill: Vol. 2), an aging ex-clown, returns to his small, Indiana hometown to spend the rest of his days in a drunken stupor. When his friend Bob (Richard Riehle, Office Space) finds out he is back, he bribes Seymour into leading a squad of clueless clowns down at the local amateur circus. Can Seymour overcome his self-destructive behavior and finally find his smile?
